What do I need to bring to my consultation?
Pictures!! We know about your Pinterest board, and we want to see every detail. This gives us a good idea of your style and the kind of vibe you want at your events.
Budget. An approximate budget that is co-fiancé approved.
An open mind. Sometimes alternative options need to be explored, come with an open mind about having alternative suggestions made.
What should I budget for my event styling?
Depending on how involved we are in your process depends on cost. For full event styling our minimum spend is $5000.
Payment schedule?
An initial non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date. The remaining balances are broken up into 25% increments and are paid at the 90day, 60day, and 14 day out marks from the event date.
Do you offer day of coordination?
No. Here at moss, we work exclusively on the design of the event. We believe that if all your vendors work in a cohesive way that there should be no need to have a coordinator.
That being said we love and totally understand the need for couples to have a day of coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly!
